Why join us?

With fantastic programming, an impressive 50-year history and a renewed focus on people, technology and in-house creativity, it’s an exciting time to join ITV. Our leadership is stronger than ever, and with the right people on board, we’re about to take not only our business, but broadcasting as we know it, to a whole new level.

And if that wasn't enough

Benefits

We believe ITV is a great place to work, but if the thought of being part of one of the most exciting and vibrant commercial broadcasters hasn’t convinced you, then just take a look at the great range of benefits we offer. There’s something to suit everyone – whatever your lifestyle, and whatever’s important to you.

Your wellbeing matters to us

We all need time away from work so, on top of five weeks’ paid holiday a year (in addition to bank holidays), you also have the option to buy more. And the great savings we offer on gym membership and our cycle-to-work scheme will help you keep in tip-top-shape. You’ll also have the chance to take up private medical cover and a health cashplan. Our pension scheme, helps you look after your financial wellbeing and comes along with an income protection benefit. We offer life cover too

Making your money go further

You’ll get to join an ITV-wide annual bonus plan and you’ll be able to join in ITV’s success, with the chance to buy ITV shares at a discounted rate. If our shares go up, you could profit. Our childcare vouchers save you money on your childcare arrangements and our interest-free season ticket loan, takes the ‘ouch’ out of annual travel costs.  What’s more, you also get exclusive savings on a wide range of products and services from thousands of retailers – just for working here.

Equality & diversity

At ITV, equality in the workplace is just a part of what we do. That’s why, whatever your age, gender, disability status, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity or family circumstances, we make it our business to make sure you’re treated with fairness and respect. We’re dedicated to offering flexible working that supports all of our colleagues, and when it comes to recruiting and retaining employees with a disability, we’ve been officially recognised for our efforts.

We play a big role in both national and industry-specific diversity forums – really investing in finding and developing new and diverse talent. We’re also a member of the Creative Diversity Network (CDN): in fact, our Chief Executive, Adam Crozier is now chair. The CDN's role is to bring together organisations involved in programme making across the UK television industry in order to promote, celebrate and share good diversity practices. We don’t just chair the CDN though; we’ve signed up to its Diversity Pledge. This is a public commitment to improve the representation of society on screen, and to become more diverse and inclusive behind the scenes too. And while we have most control over the programmes we make ourselves, we’re also looking at how to increase diversity in commissioned content.

At the end of the day, we want our workforce to represent the audience it serves. It’s a pretty big goal, but one that we get closer to all the time. For more on how we’re working to make ITV more diverse and other information about Corporate Responsibility, visit our Responsibility site.

During our application process, we’ll ask you whether you believe you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010. Of course, you don’t have to answer this question. The only reason we ask is because we want to give you the opportunity to really shine on your application form and enjoy a great over all candidate experience. And although we will monitor your response, it’s only to ensure that we’re being fair.

If you would rather speak to us in person about Diversity in recruitment, please email the team at join.us@itv.com with your contact details and we’ll call you back.
