Communicating information as varied as financial reporting and the trials and tribulations of contestants on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! to the press, the Communications team handles all internal and external PR, both proactive and reactive, right across ITV. Communications incorporates careers with both an internal and an external function. The latter is split into Programme Publicity and Corporate Communications, find our more about external communications here or follow us on Twitter
Working across Entertainment and Drama, Factual and Daytime, News and Sport, the Programme Publicity team handles all external PR pro-actively and reactively, and promotes all our key programmes. It’s exciting, challenging stuff. And in that sense, working on the corporate side of things is much the same.
Programme Publicity - what's it all about? We spoke to Zoe McIntyre, Director of Programme Publicity, to find out. Click here.
Working on the corporate side of things is much the same as Programme Publicity. But instead of promoting our shows, the focus is on publicising the three main areas of our business – Broadcast, ITV Studios and Commercial & Online – and delivering the PR strategy that supports our strategic goals.
ITV creates and sells world-class television around the globe, and the Internal Communications team plays a central role in keeping everyone who works here up to speed with what’s happening. We bring the ITV strategy and brand to life in a creative, innovative way that’s in tune with and reflective of our culture. We do this through a range of digital platforms for our internal audiences in the UK and around the world.
