Here’s a quick overview of our Regional Sales teams, and how they fit into our business…

Activation team

Activation are responsible for booking and managing airtime for our agencies and clients outside of London, and cover all ITV channels from digital to breakfast. Based in Manchester, Leeds and Dublin, the team make sure campaigns are booked efficiently and effectively and focus on identifying further revenue and creative opportunities.


Partnerships team

Partnerships develop creative ideas and sales proposals that put brands at the heart of our award-winning content. Day-to-day, the team provides media agencies and clients with the best and most creative ideas in the market to create competitive advantage. Ultimately it’s about working closely with the Creative Partnerships team in London to create the kind of demand that’s unprecedented in our industry.


Trading team

The Trading team leads our Trading and Commercial strategy in the regions. Based in Manchester, they negotiate major deals outside London and advise the rest of the regional teams on theirs before making sure all deals are managed and delivered so that our clients and agencies get the most reward from advertising with us. What’s more, they play a key role in finding ways to drive incremental spend across spot, sponsorship and online, while being responsible for revenue forecasting across all regional business, too.


Business Development

Being the Regional Business Development team means delivering our 'More than TV Strategy' to a portfolio of agencies and clients outside of London through a tailored business plan. Based across nine different locations, the team works closely and collaboratively with our Trading, Activation, Creative Partnerships and Client teams to understand clients’ businesses and strategies, so that we can sell TV and ITV in the most effective and impactful way to drive revenue growth.


Client Strategy team

Client Strategy works with advertisers and agencies to help them build their business and brands by making the most of their TV investment. It’s about using our expertise in audience insight and popular culture to help advertisers engage their own customers more effectively, while helping clients and agencies explore brand new ways to use TV… and ITV.
