Our Audience Research and Insight teams bring the voice of our audiences into the heart of our business.

They make sure our viewers and users play a part in every decision we make, as they put the ITV Way to work to build brand new relationships that go much further than just TV.

Working right across ITV, they're the people behind our forecasts about the future strategy for television. It's about helping every part of our business better understand who our customers are, and what they want. Which means their influence reaches from strategy, to commercial, studios, commissioning, scheduling, brand, hub, online, and more. 

Within Audiences, you'll find a Studios and Commissioning team. They use their TV expertise to help develop new programmes and make sure that current programmes are the best that they can be. 

There's a Commercial team, who focus on advertising effectiveness and communication to prove how well TV advertising works.

And there's a Strategy team who crunch the numbers when it comes to analysing performance, trends and viewing figures. 

All powered by a diverse range of people, including Controllers, Managers and Senior Managers, Execs and Senior Execs, and Assistants.

Across the team, you'll find skills in TV and the creative processes behind it. Experience in data and quantitative analysis. Backgrounds in communication and relationship driven roles. And plenty of curiosity and a real desire to ask questions and investigate everything.

The opportunities are pretty good, too. With lots of scope to develop yourself and your skills, you could pick up your career path anywhere from Apprenticeship level up.
