Project Management

The Project Management team ensures that we deliver value to ITV by successfully delivering the agreed project outputs in support of the expected business outcomes. Our Project Managers put the customer at the heart of delivery, ensuring that feedback is appropriately incorporated and that risks and issues are discussed and effectively managed.  Increasingly we use agile delivery methodologies to deliver value to the business in shorter timescales. It's a fast paced and exciting environment, where the work is varied and there are excellent opportunities for growth and development.

Inside a typical project team, you'll find Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Software Engineers, Business Change Specialists and Comms Managers. 

Product Management

The Product Management team create and run bespoke internal systems that transform operational processes in core central functions. They get to know the needs of our users inside out to make sure our software engineers build the right tools for the job. 

Our Product Managers focus on understanding how we can use technology to increase business agility and efficiency.  . Along with Business Analysts, they're the ‘bridge’ between operations and tech.

Service Delivery Management

Our Service Delivery Management team provides a customer-focused and consistent approach to supporting our internal tech 24/7. They take care of incidents, problems and changes whilst also managing relationships with many of our suppliers.

Service Delivery Managers collaborate across the business to optimise our products, platforms and services. And they make sure our people, process, tools and suppliers deliver the best possible performance.
