Regional Business Development team

If you want to work in business development, but don’t want to work in London, this is the place to begin. You’ll find our Business Development teams across the UK in MediaCityUK, Leeds, Birmingham, Gateshead, Carlisle, Bristol, Cardiff, Belfast, Dublin, Southampton, Norwich and Jersey.

Each team works with advertisers and agencies in their area to develop and grow business. That could be everything from creating first TV campaigns through to scaling up to the next level using VOD or creative partnerships. Each team has the scope to leverage everything ITV offers to help brands supercharge their growth, and as part of the team you’ll discover that it can help you maximise your potential too.


Activation team

If you’re looking for a role that offers diversity and challenge every day, you’ll find it as part of our Activation team. Here, we manage an exciting portfolio of one thousand brands every year, booking and optimising airtime and VOD across all channels and platforms for agencies and advertisers outside of London. Based in Manchester, Leeds and Dublin, the team work closely together to ensure campaigns are booked efficiently and effectively, while also working hard to spot further creative and commercial opportunities to drive growth for those brands - and for ITV as a whole.


Trading team

Our Trading Team don’t just negotiate media deals - they negotiate the biggest media deals outside of London. Which means it’s an amazing place to work. Join the team based in Manchester and Bristol and you’ll help deliver our commercial strategy across the regions. It’s about negotiating major regional deals and offering trading advice across 1,000 brand, and all while making sure everything is managed and delivered so that advertisers and agencies get the most reward from advertising with us. What’s more, the team also play a key role in finding ways to drive incremental spend across spot, sponsorship and online too, while forecasting revenue across all regional business.


Client Strategy team

Turning client challenges into insight-driven opportunities is what gets our Client Strategy Team out of bed every morning. They work upstream with advertisers and agencies to deliver a range of strategic services which ultimately help make the most of their TV investment. It’s about making the most of their expertise across a range of areas - audience insight, creative effectiveness, media planning, popular culture and measurement - to help advertisers engage their own customers more effectively. And in between, they help clients and agencies explore brand new ways to use TV… and ITV, too. Join the team and you’ll play an important role, especially in Creative Development where your insights will create more impact than you imagine.


Creative Development & Creative Production team​​​​​​​

Join our Creative Development & Creative Production Team, and you’ll turn insights into the kind of brilliant ideas that help grow our clients’ business? You’ll discover a truly creative culture at the heart of how we work with many of our clients – whether that’s making ads for new-to-TV brands, or building creative content partnerships around our shows. Our Creative Production team manage the end-to-end process from brief to production to edit to on-air for 1,000 ads each year, while our Creative Development team lead on generating ideas. But wherever you join us, you’ll work closely with Client Strategy to deliver real impact.
