Here’s what our teams look after…

Agency Sales team

Our Agency Sales team fulfils the deals negotiated by our Trading team across TV and VoD throughout the year. It’s all about dealing with agencies and clients, handling customers, and delivering campaigns in line with all terms and conditions of a deal. What’s more, they’re also responsible for maximising trading balances and revenue growth by optimising airtime and upselling premium content.


Station Management team

Our Station Management team are responsible for servicing our client teams when it comes to booking airtime across all of our channels. They also deal with airtime optimisation, monitoring sales of specials, compliance of airtime booked and co-ordination of inventory. Plus, they monitor and forecast revenue for the pricing mechanisms used to deliver deals while overseeing the delivery of VoD campaigns.


Sales Operations Planning team

Sales Operations Planning is all about analysing the relationship between Supply and Demand. They report across all of our channels and platforms, staying on top of current and long-term schedule supply coupled with advertiser, category and demographic demand. And, they work closely with Commercial, Broadcast and Finance giving clear direction to aid with the delivery of an efficient sales operation.


Commercial Analysis team

Commercial Analysis is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining commercial break patterns together with quantitative forecasting of viewing across a range of different audiences. The team creates forecasts across a number of demographics for all commercial breaks on each of the ITV family of channels, and keeps them under constant review. All so we know which adverts are best placed in which breaks.
