ITV is for everyone
When we say ITV is for everyone, we really mean it.
In our offices, and throughout our studios, we love celebrating individuality and we’re committed to creating an organisation where everyone feels included.
Our More than TV strategy is about connecting with millions of people every day, making content people can't get enough of and that reflects and shapes the world we live in.
More than TV
On screen diversity is at the heart of our More than TV strategy. So, we’ve made a public commitment to improve representation of society on screen, and to become more diverse and inclusive behind the scenes too. Our work under ITV’s Social Partnership underpins our commitment across programme making and production for better representation. At the end of the day we want our workforce to represent the audience it serves. It’s a pretty big goal, but one that we get closer to all the time.Find out more
Our colleague networks
Delivering our strategy means building a diverse and creative team that represents everyone, that gives us all the opportunity to thrive, where every one of us can feel valued, and where there are no barriers to us being our authentic and best selves.
Above all, it’s our individual talent that really matters, So, we have clear external diversity targets
And we’ll meet those targets by delivering on our Diversity Accelerated Plan
At the heart of our diversity and inclusion strategy are 5 thriving colleague networks that celebrate the diversity of ITV and create a real sense of community.
The ITV Able Network is focused on disability and aims to:
